The Good Shepherd

In this Easter liturgy, we listen to the Gospel of John and hear Jesus refer to Himself as a shepherd who leads His sheep. Pippa gives a brilliant reflection all about Jesus’s love. She compares the thief mentioned in the Gospel to the way we can compare ourselves to others. This voice of comparison steals our joy. Jesus loves us perfectly and it is His voice which brings us peace and happiness. We enter into prayer and say Psalm 23 together. We conclude our prayer time with some fun, praising Jesus with the action song ‘Jesus is the Vine.’
