Forty Days after Christmas we celebrate The Feast of the Presentation of the Lord. In our liturgy we share the Gospel account of when Mary and Joseph took the baby Jesus to the Temple in Jerusalem. There, they encounter Simeon and Anna who had been waiting patiently to see Jesus. Br Samuel reflects on the virtue of patience and how Jesus is a light for all of us. We pray for Jesus to bring the light of his Holy Spirit and conclude with worship led by Fr Columba.
