Forty days after Easter Sunday, we celebrate The Ascension of the Lord. The Ascension is the moment when Jesus went back up to heaven. His friends returned to Jerusalem with great joy and went to the temple to pray. We contemplate the awe and wonder of the Ascension together and also begin a prayer challenge called Thy Kingdom Come We end our prayer time with Angel as she sings 'The Lord's Prayer.'
