We all have things that weigh heavily on our hearts from time to time. In the Sunday's Gospel, Jesus gives one of his most beautiful invitations: "Come to me, all who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Greg helps us understand what Jesus means when he speaks about his easy yoke and light burden, before inviting us to hand over our worries to Jesus in prayer.
