Jesus is the Good Shepherd who lays down his life for the sheep. In the Little Liturgies, we introduce children to Jesus the Good Shepherd as he speaks to the through John’s Gospel. We use actions and symbols to illustrate how the Good Shepherd, protects, guards and sacrifices himself for the sheep he loves. We then pray to the Good Shepherd and use some of the words from Psalm 23. We then sing "The Lord is my Shepherd" with Angel.
